Rumpke is by far the best collectors we’ve ever had. We haven’t switched since first using them. My husband is a disabled vet and we couldn’t always get the can out on time. Leaving it out overnight wasn’t an option due to strays spreading it around. They guys from Rumpker would come up to house and dump it. They’re so friendly and helpful. We remain loyal customers.
Service has been great and on-time. The guys show up when they say they are going to show up, and leave the can standing upright, and in the place where I put it. I did not care for the 34% price increase in 9 months…but Rumpke is still a great value. It is just the Golden Age in which we live…
