UPDATE: since service started at this address, they have consistently left half the trash behind in one of the cans, although they at least stopped breaking them. Numerous reports and promises to correct the issue of left behind trash have done nothing to solve the problem. 8 months and counting, paying for a service I'm not getting. They credited one month (after a fight), and promised to fix the issue. Nothing was fixed, and I reiterated to two reps that I'm not paying until this issue is fully resolved. Today started off with a Rumpke truck backing into my mailbox by accident. After that moment, everything was handled with excellent customer service and class. The driver accepted responsibility instantly and was coming up to my door to notify me. After notifying management, and informing me a repairman would be out soon, he continued his route. We’re scheduled for a hardwood flooring installation next week. Brian delivered a porta potty this morning to have ready for the flooring crew on Monday. Brian is a super nice man and has a great attitude. Update: 9/8/22 our flooring installation is complete so Senica picked up the porta potty today. He has a great attitude, very nice, and professional. I sure appreciated him being extra cautious when he was backing into our driveway.
Terrible service, haven’t picked up recycling in 6 weeks. Will do noting to help with overflow from missed stops, unless I take care of cutting the boxes down into specific measurements. Only gave me a discount for 1 week, absolutely ridiculous. Constantly leaves bags if they have to get out of the truck, when two bags are suppose to be permitted. I am shopping around for sure.
Fuel surcharge is now up to 21.92 every stop collects this and stops are next door to one another , my bill in December was 133.39 it now is 145.71 in 1 month, I pay 75 vendors a month, no one is as inconsistent as RUMPKE!
