If i could give no stars i would they have given me the run around for two week giving me different times an days someone would be to get our trash now its week two and i have two weeks of trash an thy email saying they cancelled my service an wan the empty can by the roas for pickip leaving me wirh two weeks worth of trash to figure out

I live at 5348 Harvestdale Dr HOA community for last 4 years I've dealt with poor service often taking my own trash to dump because rumpke trash collectors are too lazy. Today was final straw when lazy crappy trash people refused to take bundled twine sticks coming from high winds. I called and complain but they don't do anything , they've left Amazon boxes that were empty they refuse leaves, sticks but jerks take other large bulky items from. Others trash piles. I'll start off by saying that the people who drive the trucks for Rumpke do a proficient job and I have no complaints in that regard. Other than that, I can't recommend doing business with Rumpke. The billing department is prone to make mistakes, so I don't use Rumpke when I need a temporary dumpster because I know there will be issues. My service representative is almost impossible to get a return call from and will only do so after I have contacted someone higher up in the chain of command. Rumke needs to stop ripping off their customers with their bogus fuel surcharge. Gas has drop significantly - but not their fuel charge!

Matthew, we understand your concerns and would like to take a moment to explain. Gas prices are finally coming down and as consumers, we are enjoying the benefits! However, diesel fuel, which is what most of our fleet runs on, costs more than unleaded gas largely because of new standards requiring blends that work to reduce emissions and pollution. #Rumpke how is it your sanitation workers can take off with my own personal garbage can then it takes up to 10 business days to get any idea if your going to replace my can or not. While I live in a rural area I can't afford another can at this time I can't leave garbage sitting outside because of wild animals and can't leave garbage inside because of flies and I have dogs.
