All our Rumpke drivers are great. The service is wonderful.
Prior to having Rumpke as our trash removal people, one of their local competitors did the job. Rumpke has been very trustworthy. Any time I've had to contact them, the employees are always helpful and polite. Even better, at least in our area, they are less expensive than their main local competitor.I highly recommend them.
we have had this service for years. we enjoy the "any week" bulk pickup. a simple phone call to let them know. best garbage service we have ever had.
Our ******* service has been perfect for the 30 years weve been a customer. They allow us a pause when we go to ******* for the winter and they have never failed to pick up. I just wish they had pickup for recycling in our area. Maybe someday. A big thank you to the drivers, who have an often nasty job. We appreciate you!
Rumpke has been excellent. The drivers are friendly and courteous and billing is straightforward quarterly payments. Recent addition of fuel charge has increased cost, but they are still more economical than competitor Waste Mgmt.
For once, I'm pleased to write a POSITIVE review! Yesterday I called Rumpke to make arrangements to have my old water softener system picked up with the normal collection this date. The customer service person billed my credit card $22.50. She mentioned the charge was for 'water softener," but made NO mention of any weight restriction. This morning the empty brine tank was collected, but the heavy resin tank was left behind. Always picks up our trash on scheduled date. Never any trash blowing around the yard after they pick up. Container is in good shape, no cracks and wheels aren't broken.
Regular residential collection on Monday. Places two trash and one recycling totes on the tree lawn on Sunday night. One trash tote was not taken. This is the second time one tote was left uncollected. I called Monday. Nothing. I called Tuesday & asked for a manager to call. Promised collection 24-48 hours. Called Thursday, nothing. Called Friday, still have a full trash can on my tree lawn and no contact from a manager. Now it’s Saturday, no calls and trash still there. Call center closed. Bad service consistently. Runs in the dark leaves trash behind or just leaves your trash all together every spring they start this and I'm getting tired of it while paying their crazy high prices
