Rumpke has missed pick up multiple times in the last 6 months. Last week they missed our pickup yet again.... Said they come back within 48 hours. Liars, Liars Liars. Called four times. They never showed.

Rumpke skips your house, you call and it's promised the next day. The next day, no one comes. You call again and forty-eight hours is the time limit you are told. You see a truck come and it goes right on by to service another street. This is terrible service.
