Following my brother's recent admission to Runnell last week, I have already observed significant improvements in his condition. He appears remarkably well and alert. The staff's professionalism and friendliness are noteworthy, and the dedication of the Director of Nursing, social worker, therapy team, and administrator is truly commendable. I am writing to express serious concerns about the conduct of the nursing home administrator during a recent in-service. Several issues were observed The administrator assistant Gretchen spoke to staff in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Cursing and hostile language were used on the 1W unit, creating a tense and uncomfortable work environment

I highly recommend this facility, the staff truly care about the patients and are always available. The rehab staff and nurses are always willing to answer any questions and adapt to the patient needs. The unit and rooms were very clean and everyone was friendly and respectful.
