Working with the staff at Runnells has been a great experience! The facility is beautiful. From my first visit, it was clear that the people who work there have compassion, empathy, and work towards providing the best care for their residents. Communication and follow-up is efficient and they do what's best for the care of the residents.

Following my brother's recent admission to Runnell last week, I have already observed significant improvements in his condition. He appears remarkably well and alert. The staff's professionalism and friendliness are noteworthy, and the dedication of the Director of Nursing, social worker, therapy team, and administrator is truly commendable. Runnels has no legal hold on me I was homeless and they have no legal court order to hold me here. Today THEIR MENTALLY WARPED SOCIAL WORKER JENNIFER THREATENED ME "UNLESS YOU PAY RUNNELLS $18,000 WE WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE CLEAR EXPLOITATION, BRIBERY, ABUSE OF POWER AND VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT.
