I waited over an hour to see Dr.Hamilton. That’s the only reason I did not give him 5 stars. With that said he was educated as to why I was there and had reviewed my chart throughly. I really appreciated that. He is kind and thoughtful and I was very comfortable with him. I was nervous about my new condition, and being in healthcare did not help that. He was considerate about my own knowledge base and my husbands as well. As we proceed forward with him I’m confident he will advocate for me and help me with what will come.
Monday, August 25, 2025, was my first appointment with Dr. Hamilton. MISTY, one of the office managers, took my information down and I gave her my $25 co pay for Trinity Health. Dr Hamilton explained everything in terms I could understand. He was very professional, while also being warm and friendly, which made me feel comfortable talking with him and asking questions. He gave me as much time as I needed to discuss my concerns. I feel very fortunate to have him for my cardiologist, and being able to see him in Nampa is a big plus for me.
Very knowledgeable, had a game plan and truly cared to listen and help. Wonderful experience will continue to see him
He is a good doctor and a good person. He spent time with us and didn't act annoyed when we asked questions, as some physicians do. He made sure we understood everything. The most important part was that he listened; he allowed us to be a part of my husband's medical care and decisions. That is the law, but it still doesn't happen in many instances.
