Amazing experience with this company. Originally reserved during for the Tuesday prior to the Hurricane. They extended our reservation a week saving us 25% on our cost. We are only staying until the end of the month and on a budget. Checking in was also super easy. Definitely Recommend!
Taylor was extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. She gave me a tour and was patient for my decision. Thank you so much. She was a major part of me buying into the facility as her hospitality extended Farr before our personal meeting with her phone communication.
WOW! What fantastic customer service! Everyone in the office and the valet were super friendly! The place is spotless clean and the prices are great! I could not be happier. Also, they have mechanics and attendance available if you have service needs. Five stars⭐️🙌🏼
Signs still say Adult Toy Storage but it is now RV Storage Depot. Lots and lots of storage space and options, including valet service and inside storage. There are wash and dump stations for RVers. Security is solid with lots of lighting and cameras, pass code required for gate access. This location is further from home than I wanted but the service is worth the extra drive.
Just dropped off our Sea Hunt for indoor storage after driving it from Miami. A month ago Denise took us on a tour of their impressive facility. When we arrived, Taylor managed the registration and new customer process. Joie and Elijah measured and towed the boat indoors. They were all very pleasant to work with and professional. The Depot has a great team running the business.
