This may be a difficult review to explain, but RW Flooring—and specifically Mark Fay—have been instrumental in helping us get through the last two years. My partner and I had a devastating house fire two years ago, and since then we’ve been navigating insurance, rebuilding, and more contractors and decisions than we ever could have imagined. We first met Mark when we happened to walk into the RW Flooring showroom as we were starting to look at floors. We had no idea at the time how important that visit would end up being. Ma... read more
Business response:
Ashley, Your tender and deeply thoughtful reply had me fighting tears. All I can say is thank you for that, and to share that your unique circumstances "had me" at, "can you help us please". I'm so glad you felt I was there for you and that I was able to make such an impact. Committing to being there as a strong support for our customers is a huge focus across all 20+ RW Supply + Design locations and the organization as a whole, truly does care. You already know I love what I do here at Real Wood but it's customers like yo... read more
Mark in the Showroom came through big time, again. Always nice to deal with industry professionals.
Business response:
Your feedback is incredibly valuable. Mark and our team take pride in delivering professional service. Thank you, Steve!
Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was eager to assist and always followed through on his commitments, going above and beyond. While he understood our time constraints, he was never pushy and allowed us ample time to select the wood. It was also enlightening to learn about RW's mission and its commitment to supporting the local community through donations from a portion of its annual profits. This further underscores the organization's quality and leadership.
Business response:
Dragon, Thank you for these thoughtful words as well as your comments regarding our mission and company ethos. In truth, you and your family were a pleasure to work with as well. ;-) Please share us with your friends and know that I'm here for you if you need anything with regard to your flooring circumstances. Kindly,
Great selection and amazing customer service! I’ve bought at RW several times and I’m blown away by the availability of products and their staff’s knowledge and eagerness to help
Business response:
Thank you, Adam, for leaving 5 stars! We appreciate your partnership and are pleased to hear that you’ve had a great experience. Looking forward to more projects, let us know how we can help on the next one!
Mark Fay is the star of this place. He makes every purchase go so smoothly and he’s so on top of his game, he gives me tremendous confidence that things will be done right. As an architect and builder that’s all I can ever ask for and he delivers every time.
Business response:
We are delighted to hear Mark delivers smooth purchases and tremendous confidence. Thank you for trusting us with your projects!
RW Supply & Design pre-finished wood was delivered with an unacceptably high water content, full of sawdust and with live & dead worms. Customer service was abusive. Returns were difficult and communication inconsistent. Overall, not reliable for either product or support.
