Mark Fay helped me with my order, and he was incredibly helpful and patient (lots of back and forth to figure out the logistics of my delivery). And I am thrilled with the quality & price of my engineered hardwood! Will definitely be coming back to RW for future flooring projects :)

These guys are amazing. Our rep is Josh - and he always takes care of us - even in the RARE situation where something goes wrong, he's right there with us and doesn't stop until it's right. The team at the front pro desk are awesome - they never miss a beat - if we place an order we know it will be there when they say it will.
