I've been using RW Supply and Design for years, use to be called The Master's Craft. I have found no other supplier that comes close to making sure all my needs are met. They go above and beyond to track things down and making sure the customer is happy with the product. I’m in the Master’s Craft a lot for work. We source all of our solid hardwood flooring materials from them including wood, plywood, stain, polyurethane, etc. They have it all and a wealth of knowledge about all their products. All of the employees are friendly and easy to work with.
Great service fro the gentleman that works the front desk. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great place to deliver. The people are friendly and forklift driver was good and quick. Was unloaded in about 20 minutes with. Look forward to deliver here again. P, yes
While doing some lighting work for the Master's Craft - Tulsa Family, I had the chance to observe almost every Master Craft Family Members amazing knowledge of each and every customers companies needs ,but amazingly the names of all employees with them (25-40 approximate total people) before we left for lunch @ noon. We didn't arrive until 10 a.m. Everyone that is Employed there all had a great work place rapport and communicated well with each other.
