LifeStance has been incredible to work with and amazing for my mental health. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist and the help that he has provided. The also encouraged me to reach out the VA for additional assistance and resources, which I do not believe I would have done without their recommendation, or support. I would definitely recommend LifeStance to anyone seeking mental health support/treatment.

Joseph Bowlds is a great practitioner and pays attention to my needs, discusses aspects of my life that make me feel like he is invested me in a person and as a patient. I would suggest him to anyone with their needs. Only qualm is it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of office staff.

Ryan answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and recommended to me a medication adjustment I return in a month for an assessment. I was very comfortable with Ryan and his professionalism. I look forward to my next appointment.

Everyone from the front office staff to the provider are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Only one time has my provider been late seeing me for my appointment, and it was barely 10 minutes. I would highly recommend the Lexington, Monarch Dr., office.

Today was my fourth visit with Ryan Bowlds. He has made me feel comfortable over the weeks about sharing what’s going on in my life and any changes I’ve experienced. He’s totally engaged and listens. He speaks to me in a way that shows compassion and extreme knowledge that gives me a sense of understanding. I feel very fortunate to have found him at this stage in my life.
