I will tell you what, the team is Exceptional! NOT growing up in the United States, I and my wife stayed away from owning a place just with the uninformed knowledge of complexity of funding a mortgage. Ryan and his team were very prompt, straightforward, and helpful as I was buying my first house. There were no surprises at closing. They saved me a couple thousand dollars by closing quickly, so that I would not have to pay the steep month-to-month rental rate my apartment complex was demanding when my lease expired. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house in the very competitive Seattle market and needed an extremely quick close. Ryan and the rest of the Niles Team more than met our expectations. With the pressure of buying a house communication is extremely important and we received consistent updates.
