Ryan and his team were very prompt, straightforward, and helpful as I was buying my first house. There were no surprises at closing. They saved me a couple thousand dollars by closing quickly, so that I would not have to pay the steep month-to-month rental rate my apartment complex was demanding when my lease expired. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team.

My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house in the very competitive Seattle market and needed an extremely quick close. Ryan and the rest of the Niles Team more than met our expectations. With the pressure of buying a house communication is extremely important and we received consistent updates. They did an excellent job of explaining and making as simple as possible the documentation required. And of course, we closed on time as promised and are enjoying our new house!!!!
