I cannot recommend The Niles Team with Cornerstone lending enough. Their whole process is super easy. Everything is electronic. Their customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. They kept me very well informed, answered any and all of my questions. I've already referred a few people their way.

The Niles Team is as good as it gets! Ryan and his team helped me close on a home in less than a month even through the Christmas and New Year holidays. Any time I had a question, I got an answer the same day. He was even able to get a rapid rescore on my credit and get my interest rate lowered. For all the stuff going on in my life and the stress of moving, this was one of the easiest parts. Thanks again Ryan!

We have worked with Ryan and his team on the initial purchase of our first home in 2014 and then a cash out refinance end of 2018. Wow what a great experience they both were! Great communication, fast closing, and sound financial advice. He has some great online tools that make the whole process alot less stressful. We found The Niles Team through a recommendation from our amazing agent and they guided us through every step of the homebuying process with many emails and phone calls and texts, they were always just a moment away from any questions we had. Additionally we are located up in Skagit County so many trips down to their offices would have been necessary in the past but they have an amazing online secure portal to upload needed loan documentation and e-sign all applicable loan paperwork, so helpful. Ryan and the team were great. I highly recommend using them. Ryan demystified the home-buying process for me, and coached me through every step in bite-size, digestible pieces. This is a big decision, but I never felt out of my depth. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, responsible, and personable. They are easy to work with, and confidence-inspiring as well. Ryan and his team did an excellent job maintaining contact prior to, throughout, and after our home purchase. Due to getting married and moving, we postponed purchasing our home for about a year. Ryan answered our questions periodically throughout that year, and as soon as we were ready walked us through the process. Professional, speedy, was always available for phone calls, text, and e-mail. Highly recommend him and his team.

Ryan Niles has been the best. I first worked with him for a condo purchase 4 years ago, then a refinance. He was so great to work with, that I stuck with him when it came time to sell my condo and purchase a home. Very professional and friendly, and I would absolutely recommend him for anyone else looking for mortgage services. I plan on sticking with him for all my mortgage needs.
