My family has been going to Lifestance for years. I see Ryan who is great! He helps me manage my ADHD medication. He has patience with my ramblings as I try to explain what I'm going through and gives me helpful suggestions for coping when I'm struggling. I don't drive so being able to do telehealth sessions is a life saver. He always makes sure I have my prescriptions filled and that I have enough to get me to our next appointment. Ryan is 10/10
My experience with Lifestance has been wonderful. I highly recommend Ryan Upson. I have therapy and medication management. He is thorough and makes medication refills a breeze. Again, I would highly recommend Ryan Upson with Lifestance!

I swear it doesn’t matter what my issues pertain to. I always feel so much better when I get off the phone with Ryan. He does everything he can to help me. I have severe PTSD..
