I've used Ace Home Services to perform AC work for years now through several different technicians. I've had work performed on the AC Unit three different occasions as serviced by technician, TJ Beam. I have been too busy to leave a review but at some point it demands it. That gentleman does excellent work, is always on or ahead of schedule, and never fails to be honest and educated about what he is working with. TJ is great! He has serviced my unit a few times. I didn’t feel well today so I unlocked my doors for him to service. I trust him so much that I just stayed on my couch and let him do his thing. He is so kind and very professional. My dog is a five month old puppy and greeted him with high energy. He even helped calm my dog down. He is wonderful! So impressed with this young man.
Know one better than ace home services. We have been with them for years. Always great service and prompt You pay for what you get and we have always had excellence. We get the same service tech every time for yearly checkups at our request since he knows our system. Husband likes that so he knows who’s coming and he does a great job!
Our technician Jona Dragon was excellent! He texted me before he arrived and was on time. He was courteous, respectful and explained everything in detail. The perfect technician!
Jona Dragon was super thorough in checking out both of our heat pumps for the heating season. Our systems are only 2 1/2 years old however, he ID’d a compressor capacitor that was marginal & might fail in 1-2 years. We have 10 year parts & labor warranties which will cover the capacitor replacement. Doug & Dianne in Denver NC
