Called for service on recently purchased rental home. had issue with thermostat regulating. was also going to get ducts cleaned separately. they gave a separate company to handle duct cleaning. they responded immediately and had a technician on site same day. Standard HVAC maintenance: Very professional upfront of exactly what he was going to do to check the unit out and be sure it was running properly. Very friendly courtesy, respectful of property and home. Once finished went over everything explaining what he did or didn’t find. Deeder Khang is professional and friendly person. Company is very professional. We were without hot water and company was able to provide service within 24 hours of my call. Kept me informed of tech's arrival time by text. Tech arrived on time. Promptly fixed the problem. Thank you!
Nate was my service worker. He showed up promptly. He was nice, polite, very informative and gave me a rundown of what it would cost to fix it. He fixed what he could, but I have to have the outside unit work done due to electricity. He said he would come back and check my air condition fluid once I got the electricity fixed And he would finish my maintenance. I have enjoyed working with this company. I shall use them again! I've used Ace Home Services to perform AC work for years now through several different technicians. I've had work performed on the AC Unit three different occasions as serviced by technician, TJ Beam. I have been too busy to leave a review but at some point it demands it. That gentleman does excellent work, is always on or ahead of schedule, and never fails to be honest and educated about what he is working with.
