Joshua conducted the scheduled maintenance on my 2 heat pump HVAC systems at my home. He was very professional and thorough. He determined that one remote wall unit was not cooling properly and will request the company to schedule the service department for a repair on the next day. His work area was left clean and all units were closed up properly.
