Daniel Gentry, an Ace Hardware Home Services technician came over to perform an annual service on two HVACs. Daniel is very cordial, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. He was very thorough on inspecting and cleaning those two systems. He spent 3&1/2 hours on the job. The two outdoor compressors are as clean and new as they were new! Thank you Daniel!
My hot water and radiant floor system were in need of replacement and a new course configuration designed for the radiant heat sourcing. I called several area plumbers and HVAC people for an estimate. Only one other was willing to come on site and quote the job. Reggie is fantastic! Great personality and very knowledgeable in his profession as an electrician. Talked me through what he was checking and why and how he was doing it. Very prompt in his arrival and he wasted no time getting the job done. When he left here, everything worked as designed and I couldn't be happier with the final results.
JC and his new assistant arrived within minutes of the estimate and went right to work evaluating our heating and air system. He explained what they would be doing and stayed very close to estimates. Nice job!
