I've used Ace Home Services to perform AC work for years now through several different technicians. I've had work performed on the AC Unit three different occasions as serviced by technician, TJ Beam. I have been too busy to leave a review but at some point it demands it. That gentleman does excellent work, is always on or ahead of schedule, and never fails to be honest and educated about what he is working with. TJ is great! He has serviced my unit a few times. I didn’t feel well today so I unlocked my doors for him to service. I trust him so much that I just stayed on my couch and let him do his thing. He is so kind and very professional. My dog is a five month old puppy and greeted him with high energy. He even helped calm my dog down. He is wonderful! So impressed with this young man.
ACE responded immediately to our call and within 2 hours Jona Dragon came to check and clean our AC unit. He explained everything to us and did a great job. He highly recommend their HVAC services.
We love to see TJ coming to do a scheduled service check. He is such a people person, yet knows heating and air fully. As usual, today he was prompt, friendly and competent. Ace Hardware Home Services, I hope you know what an employee you have in this man. If I owned a company I would try to steal him away from you in a heartbeat! Thank you TJ, you are a rockstar!
The Ace Team is AMAZING! So very grateful for how they have been so attentive and prompt. They truly go that one extra step to make sure you have everything you need, if it is a new build, emergency outage, or just a check up.
