We had a power outage today and when the power goes off it resets our old thermostat and we tried our best to get it working again. We googled and flipped switches and went under the house with no luck. We called our usual company to come and help out and they said it'd be over time rates for today and they couldn't get out here for another two days on regular rates. When our A/C stopped working suddenly, Rye was very responsive with sending a representative out for a diagnostics assessment within a reasonable time frame. They were quick to research for parts available in our area and provided several doable options to us. The service was professional and great with keeping us informed at each step of the way. The representatives even took the time to explain how we could improve the air quality in our home and prevent issues in the future.
Purchased a new system from them. The deal itself and the installation team is likely hard to beat. I would have no problem recommending them. It remains to be seen the reliability of York products as never owned one. Performance is fantastic new.
Summer came early and with it our ac did not cut on. Evan with Rye came out same day early in the time window. He was very professional, very polite, and made sure to explain everything to me he was doing and why he was doing it. Highly recommend and will be using again when needed!
Randomly picked Rye. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. From the first call to the receptionist to the service tech who came out. The service tech fixed our problem within 40 minutes. We had been without air conditioning for a couple of days in the heat. Very miserable. We sure we're appreciative. Also very neat and clean. We now have service maintenance with them to keep our unit up to date and working efficiently.
