My hot water and radiant floor system were in need of replacement and a new course configuration designed for the radiant heat sourcing. Had a minor plumbing leak... Scott came out, assessed the situation, and gave us a reasonable quote... he and his assistant were in and out quickly... they even arrived early! Good friends had recommended Canella's to us and, even with their incorporation into Ace Hardware Home Services, we have found them to be a great company to work with! Their technician, Samuel, is very knowledgeable, timely with responses, is thorough in dealing with our heating issues and always helps us understand what has been done. We always feel like he goes the extra mile to help us and to do his work with excellence. We couldn't be happier with his work and am thankful for him.
Last year in February I purchased a York heat pump. The unit came with a 10 year parts and labor guarantee and a 17 seer rating. Almost at the one year point I noticed the unit not producing a lot of heat. I placed a call for service and Nate Alexander from Ace Services responded.
