Heat pump went out and several part's were needed which had to be ordered. This was leaving me without any heat for several days. Shannon called the office and asked for someone to bring out some heaters which arrived by the end of the day. That's customer service. Shannon returned and made the repairs doing a great job. Very polite, friendly and professional.
One of my heat pump units stopped heating just after the ice storm. I had gotten a 10 year warranty on both units when I bought them, so the warranty repair was great. The service technician, Bobby Williams was excellent in his communications and his skills. He was very polite, prompt and personable. He represented his company very well.
What can I say? Scott’s plumbing knowledge and experience is awesome, plus simply a truly nice person. Followed him from the original Denver plumbing — yes he’s that trustworthy & knowledgeable! Met Jacob working with him today - just as professional and personable, also seemed very knowledgeable. They worked well together to quickly address all issues. Tyvm!
Over the top! We could not have had a better experience than we did today with Jason and Michael sent to us by Ace Hardware Home Services regarding our well water pressure. Super knowledgeable, excited about their work/knowledge, eager to share their findings fixed the problem we called them to do knowing there was more to it. Nate was my service worker. He showed up promptly. He was nice, polite, very informative and gave me a rundown of what it would cost to fix it. He fixed what he could, but I have to have the outside unit work done due to electricity. He said he would come back and check my air condition fluid once I got the electricity fixed And he would finish my maintenance. I have enjoyed working with this company. I shall use them again!
