We had a power outage today and when the power goes off it resets our old thermostat and we tried our best to get it working again. We googled and flipped switches and went under the house with no luck. We called our usual company to come and help out and they said it'd be over time rates for today and they couldn't get out here for another two days on regular rates. Purchased a new system from them. The deal itself and the installation team is likely hard to beat. I would have no problem recommending them. It remains to be seen the reliability of York products as never owned one. Performance is fantastic new.
Randomly picked Rye. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. From the first call to the receptionist to the service tech who came out. The service tech fixed our problem within 40 minutes. We had been without air conditioning for a couple of days in the heat. Very miserable. We sure we're appreciative. Also very neat and clean. We now have service maintenance with them to keep our unit up to date and working efficiently.
Rye was very responsive when I called for a HVAC/damper system issue. I submitted an online form at night and was contacted the next morning with an appointment for the next day. Daniel arrived during the time window and was very informative on the issue. He gave me 3 options with no pressure and quickly installed the fix. He was in and out within 2 hours and did a great job. Appreciate local companies with great customer service and know what’s best for customers without any gimmicks.
