Place wouldn’t be so bad if it had better nursing, there are a few good ones but not many the one that I’m usually stuck having to deal with has the bedside manner of an axe Murderer Very, very rude disc, courteous, and demanding I’ve suffered a few different injuries as well as certain illnesses. Leah, the admissions director has been so reassuring and attentive with questions I’ve had. My loved one was really struggling when he arrived, but six weeks later he is doing fantastic, and I attribute it 100% to the compassionate care he has received at Aperion West Ridge. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve been on 2 of the 4 floors they have and it’s always very clean and well maintained. I have been here for well over a year and have received good care from the staff who have shown to be both concerned and compassionate in their responses towards myself and other patients.They are responsible in their attention and attitude towards all kinds of situations that arise from the daily interactions with patients that I have witnessed personally.I recommend highly this facility to anyone for living in a nursing home.

Aperian Care West Ridge is a horrible place to live!! I used to live there and had lie not once but twice saying I was suicidal just to get out of that hell hole. This was all after escaping a few times, honestly ready to live on the streets in my wheelchair, that's how desperate I was. This facility is definitely top of the list of places needing to be shut down immediately! Very disgustirng! Please, if you love your family then DO NOT send them here!
