I have been here for well over a year and have received good care from the staff who have shown to be both concerned and compassionate in their responses towards myself and other patients.They are responsible in their attention and attitude towards all kinds of situations that arise from the daily interactions with patients that I have witnessed personally.I recommend highly this facility to anyone for living in a nursing home.
Believe the negative reviews because they are very negative. They let people get hit. They don't care about you. They let you out in the cold. They just want your money
Leah, the admissions director has been so reassuring and attentive with questions I’ve had. My loved one was really struggling when he arrived, but six weeks later he is doing fantastic, and I attribute it 100% to the compassionate care he has received at Aperion West Ridge. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve been on 2 of the 4 floors they have and it’s always very clean and well maintained.
