I have been at this facility for 18 months. I have had a wonderful stay here. The people that work here have been very nice. The administrator takes care of her business and does what needs to be done. I have made a lot of progress and I am so grateful for all that Ryze on the Avenue has done for me. I had to start from scratch with everything and the staff have helped me with everything. I am now on my way, back on my own and I am so thankful.
I strongly advise against placing a loved one in this facility. The conditions are unacceptable, and the standard of care is far below what any resident deserves. The building itself is unsanitary and outdated, with unpleasant odors and dirty rooms that raise serious health concerns. Staff behavior is deeply troubling. I’m writing this with a heavy heart and growing frustration about the treatment my father has received at this nursing home. There is a pattern of neglect and disrespect that no family should have to witness. The staff takes an excessive amount of time to respond to call lights—even for basic needs. Receptionist Tasha, is always so helpful. I have been coming to Ryze on the Avenue for 3 years. I watch her multi task with a smile on her face and gets it done. Maybe you should have a Receptionist day.
Tasha Young work the front desk and she is very professional and informative, you can tell that she loves her job and loves what she does and she is always 100% for the resident
