No stars is my real rating. If you love your family DO NOT let them be assigned to this place and do your research. This is definitely not a 4.1 stars place at all!!!! The place is deplorable! Went to visit a friend who is staying there and it is absolutely beyond my mind, why anyone would let a loved one stay there. The room smelled so bad! There's 3 people to a room. The floors were dirty and sticky. Furniture has chips in it, filthy....just overall bad. All I can say is find another place.
I stayed here for a month and a half because I wasn’t able to walk but this place wasn’t that bad it was ok all of the nurses were really nice to me but I didn’t like I had to share the room with 3 other people but this place is ok there’s worse places trust me and surprisingly they had really good food too but overall this place is decent and I am 22 years old so maybe it was a different experience for me
By far the worst place ever,,so many unprofessional nurses. And acting social working DENZEL,, they kept my mother sleep for just about 2 weeks off narco narcotics when we signed my mother out of the place they unprofessional people gave us the word, we couldn’t use the wheelchair to get her to the car. But it’s not over yet, we didn’t get a chance to meet Administration until just about the time, my mom was getting ready to be released from the center. Just totally ridiculous.
Since I can't post this review with no stars...... Today is Thursday, 9/5/2024. I've been trying to make an appointment with the Ryze West admissions director since Tuesday. I keep getting transferred to ext 115, but I'm unable to leave a message there because the voice mailbox is full. I went to the facility this morning, but the director was not in and no one could tell me when she would be in and I was unable to make an appointment to see her! My father was admitted here for a little over a month for an antibiotic treatment. I’m very grateful and appreciative how well my father was treated. We all were a bit skeptical at first because he’s only a Spanish speaker and he would’ve struggled to get adjusted. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. One of the nurses went out her way to take my father to the hospital for his follow up appointment when I couldn’t take him. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. 🙏❤️
