Great service and very accommodating as parking is difficult in my neighborhood. Brock was knowledgeable and very professional. The job was diagnosed , fixed and completely tidied up in an efficient quick manner. He did not hard sell any upgrades or extra services! I really appreciated the entire experience! Brock came out and gave me a no fuss estimate on the work I needed. He wasn’t pushy, and understood a limited budget! Copper to PEX conversion in my shower took under an hour, reasonably priced. Took care of it on the spot.
Beyond Wow Plumbing & Drains did an excellent job from start to finish. They were able to come out the same day and quickly fix a broken pipe, which was a huge relief. Tyler was our plumber, and he was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. I was in a pinch, a bad and time sensitive situation, and you guys came to rescue. First off I’d like to personally mention Landon McGill and Brendan Searcy. They were the technicians that came to the rescue and took the complicated situation of assuming a job site a previous company could not finish, and correct the repair and get the work approved by the city within a few days. Andrew was absolutely amazing! You can tell he is very knowledgeable, which is incredibly reassuring during a plumbing emergency! He answered all of my questions with compassion, and provided several options to arrive at the best solution for my family and I. I see why it’s called Beyond Wow because wow!! So refreshing to have great customer service, and a smiling face during some of the tougher moments of servicing your home. I would recommend them to any and every one here in Austin! Because wow!
