Do not recommend- stay away! We asked them to come out for a toilet issue and a drainage issue with our laundry room/kitchen drain. $1400 dollars of work later the drainage issue was worse than before with filthy water backing up into the kitchen sink, and the "toilet rebuild" resulted in a toilet that now does not flush unless you open up the tank and manually pull the flapper chain (!). We had a couple of clogged bathroom sinks - one connected to the air conditioning condensation line. Logan and Zen came and fixed everything. Zen explained each aspect and promptly fixed it. The put booties on their feet to keep the floors clean!!
I found S&D Plumbing when i was in a jam and needed someone to inspect work already completed for my plumbing permits for the city… The city can make plumbing repairs and replacing plumbing fixtures a challenging thing but the office staff at S&D plumbing are very helpful and go above and beyond to assist you. they can do their own permits and in this case add onto my existing permit. I have never had to get permits before so i was very lost and had a lot of questions When they didn’t know an answer to a question they follow... read more
Jacob and Christine were awesome to work with! They gave us multiple options and explained the likely outcomes with each option. Once we made a decision, they were able to complete the work the same day! They ended up finding several plumbing issues that contributed to our issues and they were able to replace 5 toilets the same day.
I can't recommend S&D highly enough and their service was exemplary. Jason and Daniel were just great - prompt, personable, patient and proficient. They very clearly explained every step of the process to us, offered multiple solutions, and carefully & painstakingly undertook the necessary repairs, after which they rigorously checked & double checked everything.
