Brock came out and gave me a no fuss estimate on the work I needed. He wasn’t pushy, and understood a limited budget! Copper to PEX conversion in my shower took under an hour, reasonably priced. Took care of it on the spot.
The call in process with AI wasn’t the best since I had a leak/ immediate need a live person is best. Andrew was absolutely amazing! You can tell he is very knowledgeable, which is incredibly reassuring during a plumbing emergency! He answered all of my questions with compassion, and provided several options to arrive at the best solution for my family and I. I see why it’s called Beyond Wow because wow!! So refreshing to have great customer service, and a smiling face during some of the tougher moments of servicing your home. I would recommend them to any and every one here in Austin! Because wow!
Hunter was fast, efficient, kind, and provided overall great service. The Toto toilet I had bought 7 years ago started to leak. The gaskets in my 2 piece Aquia 2 were nearly liquid. I switched to a one piece Toto Aquia 4 and I’m glad I switched. I’ll be calling Beyond Wow Plumbing again for my future needs. 👍
