Jake did a great job coming quickly and resolving the issue quickly! Had a leak from a cracked pipe likely from a freeze. Even helped cut a board I had to adapt a cover for the hole! Price did seem a bit much for 2 hours work tho.
Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.
Andrew provided excellent service. I was contacted before he arrived giving me his photo and ETA. He was very friendly and assessed our 18 year old water tank and not surprisingly determined we needed a new one. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional and explained our options clearly. He was very pleasant to work with and gave us a fair price. Our water heater will be installed tomorrow. I highly recommend Beyond Wow Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
I called WOW expecting just a quick service of unclogging the main drain. When I called WOW, the lady answered was super nice. Get customer service skills are rare these days. So thank you for your kindness. Andrew, our tech, helped us a great deal. Not only was he knowledgeable, but very quick. Thank you WOW being so kind, helpful and available. Beyond Wow did a great job replacing a valve on my water heater. They were able to make it out same day to fix my problem before it developed into a bigger one. I also had them come back a week later to replace a leaking sink cartridge. Angel and Anthony provided great service and earned my business for any of my future plumbing needs.
