I was in a pinch, a bad and time sensitive situation, and you guys came to rescue. First off I’d like to personally mention Landon McGill and Brendan Searcy. They were the technicians that came to the rescue and took the complicated situation of assuming a job site a previous company could not finish, and correct the repair and get the work approved by the city within a few days. Beyond Wow Plumbing & Drains did an excellent job from start to finish. They were able to come out the same day and quickly fix a broken pipe, which was a huge relief. Tyler was our plumber, and he was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. Andrew did a terrific job of listening to my issues and providing me with multiple options and cost estimates. He allowed me to make an informed decision about what best fit my needs and budget. Then he did an excellent job of performing the work, and finished faster than I expected, so I didn’t have to wait long without running water. He was also very pleasant and personable. I had an excellent experience with this job and will definitely hire Beyond Wow again.
Andrew was absolutely amazing! You can tell he is very knowledgeable, which is incredibly reassuring during a plumbing emergency! He answered all of my questions with compassion, and provided several options to arrive at the best solution for my family and I. I see why it’s called Beyond Wow because wow!! So refreshing to have great customer service, and a smiling face during some of the tougher moments of servicing your home. I would recommend them to any and every one here in Austin! Because wow!
Update (March 2026): We had another Beyond Wow technician, Tyler, come out to help with several issues—a slow-draining disposal, a slow tub drain, a beeping water heater, and what we suspected might be high water pressure. Tyler did an incredible job and was easily one of the best plumbers we’ve had in our home. He was professional, patient, and took the time to make sure we felt confident in everything he did.
