Anthony did a fantastic job today! We had a mystery leak that neither previous plumbers nor landscapers had been able to locate, but Anthony was able to solve what others couldn't. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure we understood the issue and solution. His professionalism and expertise really stood out. I would definitely recommend Beyond Wow for any plumbing needs - they clearly know how to handle even the trickiest problems that stump other contractors.
Shawn is one of the nicest and most competent young men I have had the pleasure of doing business with! He found the problem immediately underground and repaired it properly even though the company we had used before had used the wrong materials! He did a great job cleaning up and we will ask for him the next time we have a plumbing problem. A great experience all the way around! Judy Taylor
Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.
Andrew provided excellent service. I was contacted before he arrived giving me his photo and ETA. He was very friendly and assessed our 18 year old water tank and not surprisingly determined we needed a new one. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional and explained our options clearly. He was very pleasant to work with and gave us a fair price. Our water heater will be installed tomorrow. I highly recommend Beyond Wow Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
100% satisfied with the service that was performed. Done in a very timely manner and service from Anthony and Angel was great! Anthony explained everything in detail and corrected our hot water slab leak. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again.
