Andrew provided excellent service. I was contacted before he arrived giving me his photo and ETA. He was very friendly and assessed our 18 year old water tank and not surprisingly determined we needed a new one. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional and explained our options clearly. He was very pleasant to work with and gave us a fair price. Our water heater will be installed tomorrow. I highly recommend Beyond Wow Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
Beyond Wow did a great job replacing a valve on my water heater. They were able to make it out same day to fix my problem before it developed into a bigger one. I also had them come back a week later to replace a leaking sink cartridge. Angel and Anthony provided great service and earned my business for any of my future plumbing needs.
Sadly this place is more "oh wow" than Beyond Wow. These guys used to be good when they were S&D. I had two leaks serviced by them and they were polite, efficient and professional. Beyond Wow, however, is nothing like S&D used to be. I had them install a water heater at my home to replace a 12-year old Home Depot model. Before that water heater was replaced, we had no issues with any hot water in our home. Jake did a great job coming quickly and resolving the issue quickly! Had a leak from a cracked pipe likely from a freeze. Even helped cut a board I had to adapt a cover for the hole! Price did seem a bit much for 2 hours work tho.
Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.
