I have worked with Sabrina for a while now and there isn’t a day that I leave where I don’t feel significantly better. The dry needling and stretching sessions have made such a difference in my recovery, especially as a soccer player training at a high level. She creates a comfortable, positive environment and is so easy to work with!!

Sabrina is the best! She has great bed-side manner and she is always a pleasure to work with. Since working with Sabrina, I’ve been having steady progress on my knee and I’m confident I’ll be back in shape soon. She’s also open to having me try new methods for pain relief - like cupping for parts of my legs that are tight. Very happy with her and Alliance!!
