Friendly staff and the atmosphere is amazing. Always playing amazing music while you exercise. Sabrina Estevez is amazing. We have nice conversations and is always checking on me while she checks on my injury and stretches it too.
Great experience! Sabrina with her team, is getting me closer to my goal. Referred by my sister which had great success at the Middletown location. Highly recommend!
Sabrina is kind, patient and listens to my daughter’s needs each session. She is i formative and extremely knowledgeable on a medical level and dancer level as my daughter’s injury is dance related. So this was a win win for her
