There’s a new nurse here and she has been rude from her very first day. You can tell she hates her job. I prolonged putting this on here because everyone has bad days but her everyday is a bad day. She is the one with long braids. The newest nurse. People come here to get help not deal with someone who treats people like this especially people who want to get clean. Until she resigns I’ll be helping people transfer somewhere else that feel the same which is majority of the people that come!
I have dropped off some close family and friends here and I wanted to pop in here and give some real love to the lady that works there, her name is Andrea and she is such a delightful person to work with. There’s clearly a stigma to the people that need to use this facility but Andrea also makes you feel welcome, calm, and answers all the questions. I hope management is taking care of her, because she is for sure taking care of her patients!
They were really rude.they took up over 5 hours of my time and when I asked to go home they wouldn't help me leave which they got me there in the. First place. You have to talk to like 5 or more people answering the same questions when you just want to go home and sleep while you still can they won't allow that to happen they left me stranded there and I'll never go back to them one of their rules is you must arrive at a group they refuse to give you your meds if you do not show over crowded just not good vibes unprofession... read more
I have been at the treatment center for year and a half had an amazing Counselor having a hard time dealing with her no longer working there . It doesn’t stop the main concern TREATMENT. Everyday is a task but it’s a wonderful place to be in treatment they have wonderful staff hard working.
The new black woman is very rude, I'm not the first person that complain about her, she needs be more professional
