This is the best clinic I love the front desk guys, I love the supervisor Ashley I love my new counselor May these people seem to care about you!! Go here the rest are jokes my car was stolen by a patient across the street nobody seem to care! Your in good hands at comprehensive treatment program thank all you I couldn’t have gotten this far without understanding!!
I was fortunate to find this clinic that gave me a same day intake. I had been with another clinic on and off for more than 10 years that would not help me for at least 5 days. CTC took me in the same day and everyone has been so kind and caring! I feel blessed to be their client!
One of the worst clinics in Sacramento, it's disgusting and the workers don't care and they themselves do all kinds of drugs, iv seen it with my own Eyes.
Drs nice, front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, dose nurses are prompt, friendly! Clean areas! Most counselors are nice, up to date on addiction issues,a few can be short with patients, ! My second year clean and sober, proud but do feel some staff could be nicer to people! After all we're all human! Some have addiction problems!
I would give this clinic a negative number if I could.This clinic claims they take Medicare, but they refuse to find out how to bill them properly for me. Instead of calling and asking, the office manager tells me they can't help me. She asked me to bring in proof that I had a particular part of Medicare and if I could provide the proof that I had the specific Medicare part then they would be able to help me.
