Disconnected my service in June, they charged me twice since then…? Their third party biller retains my auto payment information and now sends me invoices with a credit to my account but can’t seem to get the amount sent back to my bank or check mailed out. If your customer service says “experiencing larger than normal call volume” for the last year then it’s no longer larger then normal, it is the norm.

I'm paying $80 for Internet that doesn't work 90% of the time! We call for a technician to come out FOUR times. I called back to find out there wasn't even a ticket for one to come out at all. Should've known this company would be crap, it's a Native company. 😒

Don't expect to play online games during evening hours. Latency fluctuating is incredibly high to the point online gaming is unplayable. Tried 75mbs plan will try 100 next if still bad switching to Starlink. Internet is fine during day just don't expect to game or stream movies cleanly during 5pm - 11pm.

Internet has Been Terrible for the past few months. We've waited for Fiber Internet and they say it's still not available despite living less than 3 miles from the Sacred wind location. Sucks that the Navajo Nation has a Monopoly on internet, everyone would be able to Get Xfinity.
