I'm paying $80 for Internet that doesn't work 90% of the time! We call for a technician to come out FOUR times. I called back to find out there wasn't even a ticket for one to come out at all. Should've known this company would be crap, it's a Native company. 😒
Internet has Been Terrible for the past few months. We've waited for Fiber Internet and they say it's still not available despite living less than 3 miles from the Sacred wind location. Sucks that the Navajo Nation has a Monopoly on internet, everyone would be able to Get Xfinity.
They are quick to uninstalling our internet but didn't want to fix our service. Very bad service!! Go with mobilex it's better then this cheap service!
If only there was a lower rating! The internet does not work half the time and the online bill pay never works! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!
Not sure how I feel about this place. i have statement stating the bills were paid but im still getting an unpaid balance forwarded. Tried calling but only an automated messaging system that’s very limited. I don’t know
