If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Although my stay was for less than a year (relocated due to work) it was great while I stayed. Ms. Michelle is awesome, personal, and willing to work with you. She’s also VERY responsive if you’re like me and have a lot of questions. The townhomes were quiet and clean, rent was affordable, and it was just peaceful all around. I’d often take a nap with my back door open to the patio because of how safe it felt. The apartments are wonderful. Diane, the land lord is always looking out for the renters best interest. She wants to keep the area safe and clean. I love that the company plants flowers around the apartment complex and also keeps the grass mowed, mulch fresh, and pavement smooth. The property would benefit by putting a fence around the dog area for us pet owners. The apartment is sprayed every month for insects and we have had little to no problems. I don't see why anyone would give Saddlewood less than 4 stars.
Honestly I loved my time there. It’s great for 1-2 people. The community was quiet, ample parking, great maintenance person. They do need to update their pictures because the renovated units are great, and a very good price for them. I would recommend this place to anyone. Diane the leasing manager is so helpful!
I've lived here about 1 year now and things are great. Ms. Diane (Office management) and Mr. Carlos (Maintenance) are always friendly and quick to respond. Ms. Diane is also known to have treats/goodies for the fur babies and treats the children here as if they were her own. The townhouses are fairly quiet occasional noise from neighbors but nothing too loud. No issues with pest and was surprisingly very clean (I still cleaned to make myself feel more comfortable). The location is excellent. Ms. Diane is an outstanding property manager. Brent, the maintenance technician, is quick to fix problems. The apartments need updates, but they are making progress on this. The complex is clean, quiet and well kept. I have recommended Saddlewood to family members.
