I actually look forward to going to SAFE FEDERAL in Bishopville. Everyone is so friendly and eager to assist you. I have never felt like an interruption to anyone!!! You are all awesome!!
Slowest at drive through and two people was outside on break and the drive through line was out to the road. They really don’t care about their customers. Only two lanes were open on a Friday evening when that’s all people are able to use due to the virus. I sat in line over 45 minutes. Bad service.
Safe has been our place of banking ever since my husband and I moved here from Queens NY, our experience over the years has been different. In the beginning it was a little rocky but when they change management things got much better. The upgrade they have implanted is great. Over the years I have had excellent service with safe. They handle all my accounts checking, savings, CD , personal loans. When a long time bank had failed me in an emergency manner .Never asked for anything until that one time. Had credit but not enough. I was told by a very good friend "where you got your money at cannot help they no longer should have your service .Close the account and take your money to a credit union". Did that. I've always had great experiences with the bank officers. They are always so friendly and very helpful. I was not at all pleased with the young lady that help me at the counter when I went to cash my check. Although she did exactly what I asked of her, she was not friendly at all. That experience was total opposite of the ones that I get whenever I need to talk to someone inside the offices.
