Branch Manager Nell did a fantastic job helping me recover from a recent breach of my debit card. I have been coming to this St. Andrews branch since 1995 and have never received less than stellar service. Nell was on point, got my stuff changed, and waited patiently for me to sign into my online account to ensure no issues. She also gave me a great recommendation to get a spare debit for my business account so I don't get stranded. I will always appreciate SAFE FCU for all they do for me.
3 weeks ago we had asked the front counter lady to create an internal automatic draft to our loan car payment plan. We asked if we needed to speak with branch advisor in the office, but she said no she could set it up for us at the counter. 3 weeks later, come to find out we were late on our car payment and the lady never even set it up for us. I love this branch!! The staff at Balentine SAFE FCU are completely flawless and amazing!!! I love going into this branch! It's the closest one to my home in IRMO and every member of the staff is friendly and accommodating! The whole team is excellent!! I'm so happy that SAFE opened an IRMO branch.
When I say they uphold the word say in their name to a complete HIGH STANDARD. I definitely stay this with the most respect because this is one of the most interesting and phenomenal credit union been able to have the pleasure and privileged to be a part of. This branch is actually staffed with amazing representatives but I’m bewildered at how difficult the process is to simply go inside to do business. I can understand the extra precautions but I’ll do my best to use another bank which is only unfortunate, due to the outstanding service. I suggest clearer signage so customers understand how to simply enter the business.
