One-star is NOT EMPLOYEE RELATED! The employees at this branch are GREAT! We have formed trusted working relationships with Lisa and Carla over many years. However, the lack of a real human at the drive-thru takes away the home-town feel of the local credit union that we love. Even the large national banks in town have actual people at the drive-thru. Regina at the Florence location was amazing. I switched to SAFE because I wasn't feeling a personal connection with my old CU. She helped me open my account and transfer a loan to SAFE from my old CU. She was very responsive to my calls and texts. I told her I feel like we have become fast friends. This is exactly what I was missing at the other place. Thank you SAFE.
Took money from my account without permission, claims they charge fees to just close the account. I never asked them to close the account either. My response: My balance didn't drop below the $5 dollar mark.
The customer service at the Florence branch is exceptional. Elaine and team treat all members like they are family. The branch really exemplifies Family Helping Family.
