I went to this branch for the first time today. I have access because of my shared branch. Wanting to get the workers at this branch used to seeing my face and to learn what is available to me. I went to cash in a jar of coins. The machine was not working and management didn’t even want to hear me out. I WAS JUST WRONG. He very loudly and aggressively said that the machine IS working and I was wrong. I just left them the money that was taken by the machine and walked away. I had the worst experience with Grace today. I have two loans and needed to pay towards one and while I was trying to explain myself she talked to me like I was stupid. She was so unnecessarily rude and I was shocked. I haven’t experienced such poor customer service in a really long time.
Have always been very professional, since I have been doing business there. Ok, now I see that $46.00 from justanswer went through after I was told that Visa had stopped the scam. Now I am down to a meager $29.00 in my Personal Checking Account. I felt reassured that, it would not go through, but now it has. Why?
Saturday tried to deposit cash in the atm. The machine rejected my deposit.
I have banked with SAFE FCU for several decades, since I was a kid and my dad was in the USAF. I have always found their staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They have gone out of their way to help me whether it was everyday banking, obtaining a loan or sorting out an issue with my account, usually something I did!! I will give a special shout out to Carla and Lisa at the Florence, SC branch.
