I had the worst experience with Grace today. I have two loans and needed to pay towards one and while I was trying to explain myself she talked to me like I was stupid. She was so unnecessarily rude and I was shocked. I haven’t experienced such poor customer service in a really long time.
I went to this branch for the first time today. I have access because of my shared branch. Wanting to get the workers at this branch used to seeing my face and to learn what is available to me. I went to cash in a jar of coins. The machine was not working and management didn’t even want to hear me out. I WAS JUST WRONG. He very loudly and aggressively said that the machine IS working and I was wrong. I just left them the money that was taken by the machine and walked away. I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone... read more
