I don't know why some people rate 5 star and say customer service is great??? ! Everytime I go to that bank threw the drive thru ( the tellers don't have any customer service skills) maybe I go at the wrong times to get the wrong tellers.....they dont speak when you arrive and say thank you... when you leave. ( where is the branch manager) ( very unprofessional)...but yet u can see them inside talking with each other ..and they don't get into any hurry ( even if its one vehicle there).
