Mr. Kevin Conyers is absolutely the best. He has helped us for many years even at other branches. We are so glad he is on Lewis Rd. because it is much closer to us. Thank you for having such a wonderful man on your team. The other employees there are very helpful as well.
Very kind and helpful people, very patient with me during my move from Indiana. I couldn’t ask for nicer employees I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone. I’ve worked for 40 years during my life, but I never worked in finance so I did not know the rules and they were very helpful.
Whether I have to go indoors or use the drive up window, all staff is always pleasant and helpful. Makes me wish I had more money to move around and need to go to the bank.
Love this facility, less busy than the one close to home, although is also closer to me for when I’m out and about, which makes it better be as most of the time I’m in a rush and need a in and out service at the bank, so can’t never go wrong there, also wonderful friendly staff, and what makes it A LOT BETTER than ANY other facility?? We get to be service by a celebrity there!! 🥴🤭 none other than “Omar Epps” yall!! I’ve never asked for his name, but wonderful person 🤗
Me and my wife bank here, and I really want to change banks. A Dollar Tree took lots of money out of my wife's account for purchases she didn't make, and we didn't have receipts so this bank had us going back and forth getting a police report. We had to ask the police to get camera footage, and we never were able to get footage. This bank didn't replace the 2000 dollars that was taken out of her account. I can't trust this bank anymore if something like this ever happens again. We are struggling now trying to do what we can.... read more
