I have been a SAFE client for almost 10 years. Every time I walk into my local branch, I am greeted with a friendly face behind the counter. The teller lines are usually quite long, but not bank's fault if people approach without being prepared. The drive thru can often be slow but I'm sure tellers are doing their best.
I've been a SAFE member for 30 years and have not once regretted it. I've always been treated respectfully in all branches and really appreciate the perks of belonging to a credit union. SAFE has grown immensely in those 30 years, but they still manage to feel like a small bank.
I had someone hack my account and took over 500 dollars out of my account. I saw Jason and he took care of it right away. I have too close my old account and open a new one. He even helped me changing my automatic payments . As a senior citizen I really needed the help. I have been with Safe for over 20 years never any problems always very helpful and great employees
I am 82 years and have used banks and credit unions my entire adult life and I will say I have delt with the best clerks and loan officers and Bobbie at the entrance with a welcome fit for a king. I am very happy with Safe Federal Credit Union.
