I've been a member of SAFE Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. They have always been fair in practice and highly competitive with investment rates. Best credit union in existence.
I have banked with Safe Federal Credit Union for about 40 years and have had a mortgage, car loans, a personal loan years ago, had a credit card with Safe at one time, and currently have checking and savings accounts and a CD, and have been pleased to do business with Safe. Would highly recommend!
Be careful with Safe Federal Credit - they will make mistakes in posting payments and then report you to the credit bureaus! I received my statement in December showing a final balance of $1.29 due on the 30th. I scheduled this payment, and it cleared my account on January 7th. On January 31st I received a call from, I believe her name was Shanna, she was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with.
