Be warned. There are careless people working in this bank who offer up I don't know as an answer to your question instead of trying get you a sane, sensible response. I attempted to deposit a check today thru the drive thru only to have it sent back to me, the teller said it was good thru March 5. Six months. I examined the check and found that information nowhere on it, but I did see a notation that said the check should be voided after one year. Horrible experience with a car loan from this bank. I am extremely glad I do not bank here. The manager is rude and and the tellers do not care about your time! And on top of that 2 times I have had to correct them on math, this is a bank so they should only hire people who have an education! Edit: This generic reply from the bank says it all. I have been with SAFE since 1983 they have been with me since my early 20s. Never had a problem even when my credit wasn't so good. I would recommend SAFE to anyone who qualify to be a member. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel like your their only member.
I enjoy banking here the people are always friendly and helpful, and that goes for any branch I have been in. The only thing I don't like is this new AI assistant Sky. Safe Federal Credit Union you need to get rid of that and have a REAL person to talk to if you call in. I have called in twice and Sky is horrible.
