Safe Harbor has excellent trained counselors and therapists who have helped me navigate through the aging process with dignity and respect. Sally Fogle is an excellent therapist who has helped me focus on goal oriented cognitive behavioral therapy and is always professional, objective and honest. So far I have had a very positive experience doing therapy through Safe Harbor. It's been a couple of years now, and it's refreshing to have an outlet to express myself. I've had no issues with billing for services or navigating Safe Harbor's platform to do my virtual sessions.

Safe Harbor’s intake process wax seamless and notifications with links are so convenient . My therapist made me feel comfortable during my first session. She zeroed in on my challenges and followed up with “homework”. The structure of the program is just what I needed. Thanks safe harbor and Shirley wolf

I am honestly not sure if my therapist was properly trained or licensed at all. I would not recommend. I ended up switching to another provider.
