I just want to start off in say thank you to my amazing therapy Ms. Dana who is awesome for all of her help and also making me feel comfortable with my first session of therapy intake. I called to schedule an appointment and found their staff very professional and knowledgeable. Taking the time to find an appointment that fit my schedule. The Dr. was very caring and took her time to listen and respond with a plan with follow up and detail on how to reach her, if necessary, prior to our next appointment.
I reflect on my time with Abby feeling heard, refreshed and energized with new perspectives and hope for positive changes. It's a wonderful thing to be able to unpack some of life's hardships in a safe welcoming space. Getting unbiased feedback is very helpful in my personal growth. My sessions with Abby continue to be a good resource for helping me navigate this tough season of life.
Joshua was patient and didn’t rush the session. We went beyond the time allocated. He didn’t stop or interrupt to indicate we were done he allowed it authentically quite down.
In my original review I gave it three stars because I wasn't sure if I was going to like the therapist but after going for months I'm IN LOVE Lawrynn (mine) is amazing as well as Jasmin who specializes in talking with children..... Definitely a safe space
