I have been see seeing Josefina Reign for a few months. She is my therapist through Safe Harbor. I’ve been in and out of therapy for most of my adult life. When I got with Josefina she was the right fit. I’m not sure what didn’t work previously, but I can explain what feels right with my current therapist- Josefina. I reflect on my time with Abby feeling heard, refreshed and energized with new perspectives and hope for positive changes. It's a wonderful thing to be able to unpack some of life's hardships in a safe welcoming space. Getting unbiased feedback is very helpful in my personal growth. My sessions with Abby continue to be a good resource for helping me navigate this tough season of life.
I'm ONLY giving it 3 stars because I've only been once and so far Lawrynn is cool and also so easy to talk to. Me and my daughter go to see her and once the first session was over I felt refreshed..... Will update after more appointments
I used Safe Harbor for a year and never felt like their goal was anything short of helping me with my mental health. I found a great therapist quick and stuck with her throughout my road back to where I wanted to be.
