Safe Harbor is an effective therapy center. My therapist is exceptional. She makes me feel heard and valued while maintaining professionalism and unbiasedness. I began therapy last month, and I’ve already noticed growth in various aspects of my life.
I enjoy my sessions. The staff are professional and effective at what they do. I noticed changes almost immediately woth my therapist.
It was an interesting conversation with Elizabeth(therapist). It felt welcoming and open.
The Therapist was cool they just need to be on one accord with the staff.
