I was scheduled for my first virtual psychotherapy appointment and a senior related tech panic moment. They connected me to their dedicated IT support I connected virtually. I feel so relieved to have met my therapist. She uses Biblical references in such a comforting way that is reassuring. I was able to relate to her about human feelings circumstances. This is professionally managed with compassion and effectiveness.
Well just last week I gave Safe Harbor 5 stars. Gave praise to Patricia Corbin and today I get up early anticipating my scheduled appointment for 11:00am and needing it if I’m being honest. Long story short , I was ghosted. I called in to customer care and Reality was wonderful and confirmed I showed up and the therapist did not. She tried to reach out to Patricia but received no response so she left a message. At this point I believe I need a new therapist. I have worked with Elizabeth Purdum as by therapist and Jessica Savage as my medication manager for over a year and they are fantastic. Having gone through a bunch a therapists and support teams in my life I can truly say they are awesome. Especially if you or your child has a nero-divergent brain. Every little concern or question I have is answered with kindness, repeatedly if necessary as sometime medical info is hard to keep track of for me. I had a great experience on yesterday. My counselor was very pleasant, professional, and encouraging.
My therapist is great Mrs. Celena Bryant, is an Awesome therapist she had shown how to walk through all the trauma in my life with the understanding that I am worth the work. And I appreciate how and when she lets me when I side tracking and she share with me how to redirect how I am thinking about whatever it may be differently.
