I absolutely LOVE safe Harbor!! I was able to get my new patient appt quick and easily did not have to wait weeks like most places. The appointments are very quick and simple and to the point virtually, so I don’t even have to be inconvenienced with my schedule. Very efficient in helping me find a therapist for my daughter. Was able to start therapy sessions the same week of calling. Since my teenager has been speaking with Helena, she has shown confidence in her choices and a much improved attitude towards getting off devices and dealing with life things in real time. A great bridge and foundation for a great therapist - if you don't know where to start, use life bridge!
My intake was Erin far exceeded my expectations! I was very anxious about going to a new provider after being with another practice for many years. She definitely did not make me uncomfortable, and truly made me feel like she cared about my mental health. Thank you for interest in my well being!
