I absolutely LOVE safe Harbor!! I was able to get my new patient appt quick and easily did not have to wait weeks like most places. The appointments are very quick and simple and to the point virtually, so I don’t even have to be inconvenienced with my schedule. Very efficient in helping me find a therapist for my daughter. Was able to start therapy sessions the same week of calling. Since my teenager has been speaking with Helena, she has shown confidence in her choices and a much improved attitude towards getting off devices and dealing with life things in real time. A great bridge and foundation for a great therapist - if you don't know where to start, use life bridge!

To the tec who help walk me through my portal new patient paper .I found Dr Long to be very kind and thorough.I feel they really took time to help me through every step too help get me in the right place and on my way to having better mental health.
