My 5 Star review is based on the following on 9/30/26 I needed assistance with a couple of the intake forms. I called customer service to inquire about receiving assistance, I left a message. I received a call from someone in the intake department almost immediately. She took her time explaining in detail, answering all of my questions. Safe Harbor has been a wonderful resource for my family. I used Safe Harbor for me and my boys when I was going through a divorce, and my experience was life changing. I am so appreciative of my counselor, she is wonderful and saved my life!

I only had one session. I got a good feel on my first day that our counselor was a great listener and knew how to encourage us to talk. It was important to be able to speak freely without feeling judged. My first day was hopeful and I can hope for good results to come.
