I had the privilege of working with Mr. Frederick, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first session, his warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion were evident. He created a safe and nonjudgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up about my challenges, something I hadn't experienced before.
Safe Harbor has been great for me in the last couple years. Me and Frederick Avolio are able to communicate well and we mostly agree with what can help me.
Love being able to just talk to my counselor, good or bad information. It's nice to be able to talk to someone listening to help me and not listening to judge me.
Safe Harbor and my personal clinician Nathan have been pivotal in changing my outlook and relationships.. After about a year I feel I have some emotional tools to help me manage my feelings and behaviors. Thanks !
Fred has been quite patient. Sometimes have trouble with link and getting a hold on you quickly...like when I had no link. How can I access Fred directly? Can't get on patient portal even tho I've been walked thru it. Lot of this is my lack of technical skills Had help with portal. Trying to bookmark it but not working. Wish it was an app. I'll keep trying
