For just my first experience being the intake via telehouse, it was awesome! I love the fact that the counselor took her time with me and did not rush the session ( even though I got in Lee ), she's still waited. I love, absolutely love the fact that it is a Christian base therapy.
Making an appt was made very simple. And my therapist Ms. Wolf has been a blessing!!
My therapist is thorough and professional, as well as kind and compassionate. Highly recommend.
This is horrible. I submitted a request to be contacted a week ago and then I called today to see why. Then I was transferred to a scheduler and was sent straight to voicemail when I still had questions. Horrible service
