I do not recommend this apartment community, their policies are not tenant friendly. Your TAA lease agreement has restrictions but the apartment management makes their own rules in addition to those in your lease agreement. I live on the 1st floor and the walls are so thin that I can hear every movement the tenant above me makes, including his dog scratching its flees. The agreement says no smoking within 25 feet of any building, but they fine you if you smoke anywhere on the property even if it's more than 25 ft from a buil... read more
