I do not recommend this apartment community, their policies are not tenant friendly. Your TAA lease agreement has restrictions but the apartment management makes their own rules in addition to those in your lease agreement. I live on the 1st floor and the walls are so thin that I can hear every movement the tenant above me makes, including his dog scratching its flees.
