Moved into the apartments in 2023. Management was good back then until now(2025). Was calling for a whole month and nobody answered & left voicemails with my name and phone number.. nobody called me back. went into the office and no one was ever there. Nobody in office gave me any information I needed and then when I tell them my issue after speaking in person they said they’d call me about it. Management is horrible they go though managers like crazy they won’t even give you Corporate number so you can call and complain and get the situation under control If corporate sees this review, please get in contact with me as soon as possible

Was on the waitlist was told I was being taken off of it because I did not answer after talking to someone a few weeks ago she told me they did not hear from me and I was taken off I called and talked to Julia she was extremely rude and told me there was nothing she could do I called back asking for someone up from her she had told me there was no one up from her and told me she could not help me

I called to see if I can get information becuz I forgot my login stuff and instead of trying to help I get told to make another profile and start again on the waitlist!!! PATHETIC!!!

They do NOT answer the phone and then are shocked when you show up at the leasing office. Lady was rude.
