Danielle is amazing and deserves FIVE STARS! She spent time answering my questions and was so helpful with suggestions. The reason I’m giving four stars however is the digital scheduling reminder system that sent me a text AND an email as I was sitting in your lobby at 1:15pm asking if I was present for my 1:30pm appointment, it’s a bit much. While I appreciate reminders, the text/emails whilst on site felt reprimanding and abrasive. Otherwise, as stated about FIVE STARS FOR DANIELLE!⭐️
The staff at the foot and ankle clinic was amazing from the PSR‘s helping me get checked in to the MA in the nurse practitioner assessing me and educating me on what I’ve done with my ankle. I want to give a shout out to Dr. Herosi And his nurse practitioner who were able to squeeze me in for my surgery a week earlier than originally thought. I had a great experience. PA Devan Hartigan was very professional, gentle, and took the time to properly clip and care for my toenails. The visit was quick, comfortable, and I felt much better afterward. I would definitely recommend this office.
Always good, but this visit ranks right at the top. I felt completely heard and supported. The Plan of Action agreed to during the visit has been put in place and all is well! Thanks D.Hynds, NP!
Surgery was flawless! Office staff is great! I have absolutely nothing to be critical of, the whole practice is A++
