The entire staff and Bown Crossing is wonderful, but my favorite part of any visit is seeing Dr Devitt and her sidekick, Malinda. They are warm, friendly, compassionate and super capable. I went from a chronically ill old woman to a stable and healthy person under Dr. Devitt's care. She is so thorough, knowledgeable and she listens! It's a rare thing to have it all in one doctor! 10/10 highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to this group since day one. Always consistent care. From the moment you walk in to seeing my doctor. The front staff has always been helpful, not only in person, but even when I call and need something from my Doctor. I cannot say enough about how my doctor listens to me. Dr. Angeline Devitt is by far the best provider here in Boise and I am lucky to be one of her patients. I always feel like she listens to me and I can trust her with my healthcare.
I’m very happy with the care I received yesterday. The doctor was very kind, and the front desk staff helped me through the entire registration process. The nurse was also very patient and friendly. Dr. Aaron Campbell answered all my questions and gave me a lot of helpful information about my treatment and healthy lifestyle habits. I also had lab tests done, and the whole process was simple, fast, and easy. I am very satisfied with the care I received.
Dr. Aaron Campbell has to be one of the best doctors I have ever had. From the moment you walk in, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I agree with many of the now deleted reviews about the management issues at this location. I loved the doctor I had here. She was phenomenal!. However management is a different story. After I spoke up about how poorly I was treated by a female manager, I experienced clear retaliation that affected both my care and how I was treated as a person.
