I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Saint Alphonsus Family Medicine McMillan Clinic. From the warm welcome at reception to the expert care from the medical assistant and doctor, every aspect of my visit was top-notch. The staff were friendly, patient, and kind. The facility was clean and modern, and the entire process was seamless and efficient. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Always greeted with a smile at front desk. My primary care provider and her nurse great me with smiles. Always on time and feel comfortable asking questions and getting answers. Am very happy there with my care. Thank you.
I have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff at St Als McMillan. I usually have am appt.for my visits and they are pretty early. The people from the time you walk up to check to check out everyone is friendly and Professional. Sara Patterson is awesome.Thanks a million to them for all their consistent support.
I'm 54 I've been going here for over 5 years always friendly. And I love my primary care physician. Very early hours were available. Saint Alphonsus all together as a group has been by far the best I've ever known. Hope they never change. My wife and I actually got new hips from them both operations were a success.
Sara Patterson isn’t very welcoming and kind and is very dismissive. Very bad at communicating and over all just don’t feel welcomed or accepted by her. I told her about some allergy issues I’m having and all I was told is “you may have to get rid of your cat”. I’m sorry but that is super unprofessional and horrible advice to give to someone.
