Sara Patterson isn’t very welcoming and kind and is very dismissive. Very bad at communicating and over all just don’t feel welcomed or accepted by her. I told her about some allergy issues I’m having and all I was told is “you may have to get rid of your cat”. I’m sorry but that is super unprofessional and horrible advice to give to someone. This is a warm and friendly office. Everyone makes you feel at home and comfortable. Dr Young is very attentive and professional. He addressed every issue and quickly had me referred to specialists. He is very prompt in answering any messages I send him through the patient portal. So happy to be in their care!

First appointment with Dr. Young. Getting the Appointment was easy. Getting my medical records transferred was also easy. Dr. Young listened well and my first visit went very well.
My family member is mentally disabled and had came in with her staff and I’m appalled and very angry when I was told this by her staff. So her cough was very bad (to the point of she was puking) at home. I even witnessed it and the staff who was with her had informed the practitioner lady “Sara” of that and this lady was saying my sister was forcing her coughs. She has bronchitis.
