Scheduled my own appointment on the MyChart App and they called to talk to me about my symptoms to make sure I didn't need to go to the emergency room before I saw them. So it shows they care about their patients.
I'm an established patient but went for an urgent care type appointment. It's really annoying that the budget mongers refused to put an xray machine at a doctor clinic. Staff are always friendly and professional!

I saw an lpn that I won't mention the name of. I was one hour EARLY and the first she said was I was late and she had to see her next patient. She mentioned her next patient every time I tried to explain some major health problems I needed looked at. She did not listen to me in any way even though I potentionàlly coukd have had a very large blood clot in ny leg.ßhe did for me except to refer me to other doctors. I felt invaluable and unheard it was awful
Making an appointment to seeing the doctor has become such a smooth process. Most of all the pre paperwork is now done online, even checking in as you get there makes it easier and faster to be seen.
