I've been to this clinic twice now and both times, my experience has been a pleasant one. Upon entering I was promptly greeted and helped by one of the receptionists. After that, the wait time has always been minimal and the waiting area has always been clean and comfortable. The nurse appointed has always been friendly and attentive. Dr. Meghan Brands is hands down one of the best doctors in the Treasure Valley. My two teenagers and I all see her, and we truly feel so grateful to have found her. She takes her time, listens carefully, and makes each of us feel heard and respected, which is especially important with teenagers. She has such a calm, reassuring presence and explains things in a way that makes you feel confident and informed. We are very pleased with our new Dr. Having St Al's insurance has been a great new choice for us. Dr. D Kelly and staff have been very helpful with getting our new special needs doctors lined up for us. It has been very refreshing to have a team that takes very good care of your needs. We have made a great choice with our Medical team!!
Dr. Kelly is the best! I have never had a PCP spend so much time explaining and reassuring me, over my concerns. I felt so much better and relaxed when I left his office. I, also, cannot say enough good things about his assistant, she's wonderful. And, not to forget the front desk, she was so helpful and kind. It took quite a while to find the right PCP, but hooray, I found him.
The dark haired lady at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful. Wish I had gotten her name so I could say thank you , you were incredible! Nathan, the ME, was wonderful, he did a great job and he was thorough and fun to talk with. Dr. Knorrff was knowledgeable, patient, kind and put me at ease. His smile is like the sun coming out on a cloudy day. Thank you Dr. Knorrff! Your family must feel so proud of the great job you’re doing helping people!
