I love Dr. Guzman, I would come back to him hands down if the billing department handled my situation better. I set up a payment plan for a visit I was not planning on getting charged $1000 for. I completed a payment plan in full for the charge. Then 10 months after the appointment I got a bill for $300 more. When I called they said they had up to a year to bill me. I called multiple times during the payment plan and multiple people walked me through exactly why I was being charged. No where on my my chart or during these ph... read more

Terrible! Because of insurance I had to go with St. Als for the first time (baby #6). I'm so getting bills added to appointments that I had months ago and am already paying on! They billed my 20 week ultrasound wrong, so insurance wouldn't cover it and it was a mess and a fight to change. If you HAVE to go through these people dont do the payment plan! Pay in the end and look through the entire bill! (Which they bill weird) You might have to spend lots of time on the phone with billing. I'm still paying off bills from my bi... read more

LOVE my provider but the scheduling is inconsistent and difficult. I have had appointments rescheduled by them MULTIPLE times. They called to reschedule my preop appointment and offered me a date AFTER my procedure and my 6 week post op has become a 9 week follow up. Hopefully everything is healing fine.

I’ve had a few babies and I wish I could have had Dr. Dushku through all of them! Dr. Dushku, McKayla, midwife Jess and Dr. Tedrick specifically have all made this pregnancy AMAZING. From the minute you walk in, you’re treated like an old friend that they’re excited to see. The girls in the lab taking your blood are so sweet and kind also. We had some good laughs!
