Got a phone call that I missed to schedule my 1st appt after referral. So I called back, they left me on hold 10 minutes to tell me that some other person on staff would call me, and nobody ever called. Great.
I’ve had a few babies and I wish I could have had Dr. Dushku through all of them! Dr. Dushku, McKayla, midwife Jess and Dr. Tedrick specifically have all made this pregnancy AMAZING. From the minute you walk in, you’re treated like an old friend that they’re excited to see. The girls in the lab taking your blood are so sweet and kind also. We had some good laughs! LOVE my provider but the scheduling is inconsistent and difficult. I have had appointments rescheduled by them MULTIPLE times. They called to reschedule my preop appointment and offered me a date AFTER my procedure and my 6 week post op has become a 9 week follow up. Hopefully everything is healing fine.
Scheduling a preop and surgery was nearly impossible. One woman to schedule 9 different surgeons makes for zero communication in any decent amount of time. Ridiculous. Took a couple of months to get an actual call back.from the scheduler , megan, and only bc I called a supervisor. I ended up canceling the appointments i made after thinking on it for a bit and will go elsewhere bc the lack of care or communication is disheartening. Today I had an appointment with Dr Eastman. I’m so pleased she is so gentle, and cared for me in such an amazing way. Her assistant was also perfect. They both listened to all of my problems. I felt so safe. Definitely recommend!
