Staff was very polite and helpful. I was seen promptly and my issues resolved. I visited urgent care on a Saturday, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks!
I am concerned that my issues were not adequately addressed; the visit felt very hurried, even though there was no one else in the waiting room. This was not the most satisfactory visit, and while I do not typically frequent this urgent care center, it was the most convenient option at the time.
I don’t feel like my concerns were really addressed, this urgent care feels forgotten. It feels hard to find and I don’t get the impression that this is staffed with their ‘A’ team. Everything feels older and forgotten about. It’s like they had enough stuff in storage that they thought ‘let’s start an urgent care with all this old crap’.
My experience at urgent care was excellent. Dr. Everyone was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. From the moment I arrived, I felt well cared for. The diagnosis was made quickly, and treatment was provided immediately without any delays. The staff and facility were efficient, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for anything better—it was exactly the kind of care you hope for when you need urgent medical attention.
Its really not a quick trip and you always sit for quite some time. Oh well everywhere you do. BUT IF YOU HAVE INFECTION OR THINK YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I came in needing seen for a bite I ripped a stitch on and had ACTIVE INFECTION/CELLULTIS and was sent home on for days. If I hadn't been urged by everyone I knew and the free call a nurse id probably have died from infection that this place SAW and said I had none of.
