I came in with a bad cold and cough. From the front desk to the back office it was a kind, compassionate experience. The Dr. listened and put me on a regimen that was right for me. 24 hours later I am feeling much better. Thank you St. Alphonsus!

My previous 2 visits were great. This last one, I am quite sure I was forgotten in the room. Eventually, after realizing I had been overlooked, I had to leave without being seen as I was feeling awful and needed to go lay down. The check-in was fine, and the Nurse was friendly however.

1/29/26 visit date. I did not have to wait long to see the np. I was treated professionally and also with care. I was given options for tests and x-rays. I did not feel pressured or intimidated. The x-ray tech was pleasant and very informative about what she was doing and what she needed me to do. I was called about the results right away. Thank you for your time and help.
