Called down to get an appointment with my regular doctor, but they didn't have an opening until June, so it it was suggested I go to "Urgent Care"...... Upon arrival Michelle and Dr. Yeakley took time to ask questions as to what happened, looked my issue over, and provided professional suggestions, ask for my pharmacy, and I was in an out in a professional way in less than 30 minutes. Good job St. Al's urgent "Care Team". If you have an immediate issue they can and will take care of you. 👍😉
I appreciate how well they received me! I called to see if they were open and they were about 3 minutes to locking the doors and they still provided me service! They were polite and friendly and took time to listen to my concerns. Mary the PA I saw took time and listened to my concerns! She didn't rush through she made me feel validated. I really do appreciate that!
After taking a chance at an "Urgent Care" with less than satisfactory results l ended up at St. ALPHONSUS ER. Night and day. Got right in. Was assessed and received exceptional care. The staff was professional and listened to everything l said and l can't thank them enough.
Staff was very accommodating and kind to my needs. However I accepted that St Luke’s ER would receive the paperwork. It takes several days for that transfer to occur. I could’ve just carried it Myself and prevented a lot of wasted time. Care was great but your two computer systems do not communicate like you believe they do.
PA did not listen or read my chart. Came in for a sinus infection from cigarette smoke. PA asked me if I smoked; I chose life! It’s in my chart that I’m allergic to cigarette smoke… it places me in bed for a week or more. Request that my doctors note included December 13th which was in my 3 day window and covered the day at the hospital that I missed so I would not get points against me. PA wrote the note for the 14, 15, 16 of December. Again was not listened to or heard. So this visit was a waste of my time and money.
