I had surgery on my right elbow in Burns, Oregon (where I live) on Wednesday Nov 19th and have had to have the wound repacked daily (which I was having done at my local hospital) so that it will heal properly. Everyone we dealt with was more than kind and cooperative, and since we are new to this state, helped us book appointments with a new family doctor. It was a great experience, it was not crowded nor was it a long wait. We are fortunate to live near this urgent care if we ever need it.

PA did not listen or read my chart. Came in for a sinus infection from cigarette smoke. PA asked me if I smoked; I chose life! It’s in my chart that I’m allergic to cigarette smoke… it places me in bed for a week or more. Request that my doctors note included December 13th which was in my 3 day window and covered the day at the hospital that I missed so I would not get points against me. PA wrote the note for the 14, 15, 16 of December. Again was not listened to or heard. So this visit was a waste of my time and money.

Terrible experience and very poor care Update: I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and this is the worst clinic and company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I reported this to the manager of the clinic as well as Saint Alphonsus administration who have ignored my grievance but have stated the matter is closed. This visit I arrived 2 minutes before they closed ,they checked me in quickly they came of course promptly they were very thorough they double checked made sure they did everything I asked and sent me on my way, as a matter of fact I've never had a bad experience there the best urgent care facility I've experienced.
