I went to the St. Alphonsus Karcher Clinic to the Urgent Care. When I got there the Receptionist was Kind, Caring, Friendly, and Helpful. I waited 5-10 Minutes then someone came to take me back to the Room. She also was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. The Doctor came in about 10-15 Minutes. He was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. He he took his time to Listen to everything I had to say. He was very Attentive and he took the time to Explain things to me. Went in due to a cough I’ve had. Receptionist was wonderful but the nurse was in a rush for some reason, even if I was the only patient at the clinic at the time I arrived and went in to do vitals. NP seems to rush the visit too like there was a fire in the building he needed to put out. I go to this particular urgent care because it’s a few minutes away from my home. I have visited this urgent care office many times. All of those times have been 5 stars. Yesterday I was having anxiety (I have white coat syndrome). The nurse/tech was very comforting and I felt safe. She got all of my info. The doctor/ resident came in with her phone. She asked me if she could record; I said yes but she felt the hesitation. I visited the St Al’s facility on Middleton and Hwy 55 to seek help with what I thought was an ear infection. It turned out to be an ear infection. The check in was very quick and pleasant and then when the nurse and Dr checked me that was also quick and pleasant. Very good team!!
I went to St. Al's because I had taken a tumble and hit my head pretty hard. I wanted to rule Iout any concussion or bleed. The staff was amazing. Thet treated me with respect and support. I was in and out of the ER in just over an hour. And that was with a CT scan. I would highly recommend St. Al's in Nampa.
