My experience at urgent care was excellent. Dr. Everyone was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. From the moment I arrived, I felt well cared for. The diagnosis was made quickly, and treatment was provided immediately without any delays. The staff and facility were efficient, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for anything better—it was exactly the kind of care you hope for when you need urgent medical attention.
Went in last minute (30min before closing) and we were treated wonderful, not rushed or rude. The nurse, doctor and front stuff were nice and friendly. After treatment they even got us 1st dose of med since all pharmacies were closed. I really appreciate the service you provide and treating us well and with respect even though that meant you had to stay 15min late. Thank you!!!
I don’t feel like my concerns were really addressed, this urgent care feels forgotten. It feels hard to find and I don’t get the impression that this is staffed with their ‘A’ team. Everything feels older and forgotten about. It’s like they had enough stuff in storage that they thought ‘let’s start an urgent care with all this old crap’.
All the people who work there were great at my visit!! There was hardly any wait time, which is really unusual for an urgent care, so I appreciated that very much, as I was in a lot of pain! The PA that saw me in the exam room was a male, I can’t remember his name, but he was very nice and was able to get a prescription to my pharmacy for antibiotics quickly!
Thank goodness this office was available. I was diagnosed with a really bad sinus issue and infected ear. My visit took about 40 minutes and I was very happy with my care. The staff was great and I was able to get the medication I needed in short time.
